Any digital outputs generated through the platform — including policies, notices, reports, templates, banners, or related deliverables — are generally non-refundable once generated, accessed, or downloaded, except in cases of duplicate billing or material technical failure attributable to us.

DPDPsecured.com helps businesses improve their privacy compliance readiness, but purchase of any paid feature or service does not guarantee legal compliance, regulatory approval, or any specific legal outcome. Refunds will not be issued solely because a user expected a particular result.
